Telecom United is an emerging company and looking for a Portal / CMS solution using open source frameworks. United Telecom has choose its platform as one of the best open source Portal and CMS Java framework of Liferay Community Edition. Telecom United has a great design UI for the front page elements. The need for this UI to be developed in Liferay theme.
